Instead, Stones, Swords and Dragons features dragons as positive characters throughout the novel. Good vs. evil is another central theme throughout the book, which chronicles Alluthian royalty twins Aran and Arsa. As the twins reach their sixteenth birthday, they discover their long lost heritage has been destroyed by evil that has ravaged the land. The novel chronicles the twins as they embark on an adventure to restore happiness to their kingdom.
